Powerball,
in plain language.

See how the two number pools work, what the jackpot odds mean and why the last draw cannot tell you what comes next.

How do you build a Powerball combination?

Pick five different white-ball numbers from 1 to 69, then one red Powerball number from 1 to 26. The red ball belongs to its own pool: it can repeat one of your white-ball numbers without invalidating the set.

Our builder gives you a correctly formatted example, and My Desk lets you keep ideas apart from any real-world ticket you bought elsewhere. Choosing “balanced” or “higher range” changes how an example looks; it does not change the underlying odds.

What can a historical check teach you?

Comparing your numbers with past official Powerball draws can make the maths easier to grasp. It cannot tell you whether a number is due. Powerball says the same number pools are used each time, so every valid single combination has the same jackpot chance in the next fair draw.

The AI companion can explain your selected set and a fair-draw simulation can illustrate rare matches. Neither can forecast a winning ticket. Always verify current results, prizes, sales deadlines and eligibility with an official lottery operator.
